24 years ago tonight - sort of

The end of what everyone that was agreed was a fantastic and beautiful Barcelona Olympics, the little city that could got the hand off of the games. This is just a hot mess from the get go and only gets worse with the debut of a certain blue fellow of note.

The " hand over" like all of the Olympics was much more low key that in the coming decades, but still this says NOTHING about or to my home town.
