It is a very good fall winter vegetable, if you like collard greens, you will love kale.
Kale, chili, a couple of sweet peppers for color, onion, lemon, a little garlic

add the washed , chopped kale.
I added a little bit of chicken stock and lemon juice. It was delicious.

yummy. I need to find a good place to buy this stuff since I can't grow it. The chard in the store looks nasty, too.
