Dinner

This was yummy.
Cheap as chips " country style" ribs done in the slow cooker with onions and red peppers. Season the ribs well, put everything in the pot, with just a little bit of water , some garlic and a small can of tomatoes. Rotel would be good, but I didn't have any. Cooked all afternoon.Black beans and rice with some of the peppers and onions with a little cheese. The house smelled wonderful.
Just ask these two noses.
