Growing up in Winder, we had a choice of two radio stations : Fox 97 out of Gainesville and Q 105 from Athens. Both very canned top 40 stations, cheap gas and kids in a small town, the only thing there was to do was ride around......
WE always had Impalas. Except for my friend whose family owned a bank...he drove a hand me down lemon yellow cadillac with a white roof. And was grateful for a V8!
Hey, I wrecked that car, but it wasn't a Gerry Rafferty song that was on the radio at the time of the accident. As I recall, there was a Pointer Sisters' song playing...

and I bet this song was on the radio when you were driving around big Chattanooga!
