Dinner ( fail )

After all that prep and cooking yesterday, I DID NOT TAKE ANY PICTURES of the meal.
The Golden Globes ( gay play offs ) were on, and I was all caught up. All I really did was reheat over at Dahn and Davids, grill some crusty french bread, rub the toast with garlic and sever the beef over the bread.... should have taken photos

Served it with a really tasty Roasted Beet Salad, with goat cheese and orange.

roasted beets the way you have seen me do many times, foil pouch with garlic, thyme and some orange.. one hour, 375º.

Field greens and rocket , beets , chevre, citrus with a very tangy Champagne vinaigrette. YUM!

Pre game snacks, made by my 10 yo wing man, who let me know when anyone was wearing Oscar de la Renta........
