New Years settling in , time to get down to the numbers. Just a horrible LONG LONG opening weekend for the always much ballyhooed SEC. Half the teams in our conference lost, with Tennessee and Florida having a much harder time with their gimmie school than they should have.

The King is still the King as Alabama powerhoused sad little USC ( the California one ) , one writer saying if they could be something above #1 they would be. This AP Poll holds VERY good news FOR UGA ....

Stanford plays Washington in three weeks - a big enough blow out for either team and we can jump one. Ohio State will Play Michigan but not till late . Clempson / FSU is the same weekend as our FLA Game ( Oct 29 ). I know nothing about Houston. Ole Miss beat Bama - what last year or year before....
