Im not going to do a big tailgate for every game this season, certainly not the NOON kick offs, which I am not a fan of in the lat - But, this 5:30 was close to perfect and it was opening game! It is just too much food if we dont have people over . ( and folks up here dont
REALLY understand the rules of watching college football .....)
- BROCCOLI SALAD ( broccoli, bacon, cherry toms, bacon, had golden raisins but forgot to add them )

- MEATY BEANS
- CROCK POT BBQ TACOS! Started out in life just going to be your normal bbq sandwiches, but with all the talk of tacos the last few days, and the Mendon market having these little " street " tortillas - TACOS IT WAS! Cheese, Cabbage, Newmans Black Bean Salsa - there was ranch dressing and sour cream if wanted, but they didn't make the photo

This was such a good spur of the moment idea, fun and most tastey will very much do this again, and really not as messy as a big sandwich. There is on sauce on the pork other then the maybe... half a cup or a little more of the liquid from the crock pot. Which I do add a lot too, this go round was a lot of garlic and some poblano peppers that I had, along with onions, carrots, celery, salt pepper old bay .. what every you normally do, but spicy is good!
