Zippy is staying in Washington because he is VERY on top of New Orleans NOT being flooded. Lots to do when NOTHING really bad happens. SO, he will be addressing the gathered Pure Bloods in Minneapolis via video.. or a link or somehow , ANYTHING that will keep him off that stage !
