At long last there was real COOKING on TOP CHEF! No silly gimmicks, just very difficult, real chef cooking! Sadly , it was the end of TEAM RAINBOW. Not the person I would have picked to go home , I think that the producers want the little love triangle of Leah and Hosea.
Very difficult cooking challenge , re creating a dish prepared by Chef Eric Ripert, from the bottom up. They had to make stocks, everything. They were just given a tray with everything that was in the dish , and that was it. Very talented Chefs
