Picking collards with Scot...My night to cook.... 26 for dinner, half a bottle of sweet tea flavored vodka later, everyone enjoyed it very much.
- Pomegranate and Honey glazed pork roast
- collards
- rice and gravy
- squash casserole
- carrots and broccoli
- salad with Vidalia onions, these yummy baby cucumbers from the garden, art hearts, apples, peppers and sliced tomatoes
- green and wax beans cooked with a ham hock..
- some left over slaw from last night
Dessert was banana pudding or a pear ginger crumble that fellow communer Susan made, it was lovely, the Banana pudding sort of melted, but everyone liked it all the same, sort of banana pudding soup.
