From 1000 miles away, the anger boils over, " do these people not have mothers?? "
This is the scene last Sunday morning in front of the UGA library, and stretched all over campus. For those of you not familiar with Athens or UGA, this is main library at UGA and is the anchor of a vista that is as pretty as any college. Old Campus, North Campus is the little part of the University of Georgia that looks like college with a capitol "C"; college as a verb. The Library to the Arch is lined with huge old oaks ( and a few Ginkos!! ) and the historic buildings that started UGA, ending up in downtown Athens. It really is a lovely part of the world.
Tailgating here is a relatively new phenomenon , that is, with in the last 10 years or so,and from this picture, I am guessing NEEDS TO STOP. Seriously people... bring a trash bag with you!! Almost speechless here....

This is particularly ironic considering that Tech kids are doubling the number of tons of trash they collect and recycle at their home games:
