Just too darn cold.... last night was the coldest it has been in years. When I went to bed, it was minus one, that was about 1 am. It went down to like minus 8 or something.That is real temp, not wind chill or anything. Don't think its going to be so cold tonight, but come on, I'm from Atlanta, after 55 it's pretty much all relative.
Beautiful sunset tonight, when it's this cold they always are. Everything takes on a blueish hue this time of day with this much snow. I think its beautiful. Koda got to run off leash today for the first time in a while, and he just exploded.. doing laps all over the ball fields. Many thanks to the insane drunken snow mobilers who make it easier to walk out in the snow...
And many thanks to the guy in the tiny tractor that clears the sidewalks.
Koda and I are all snug as bugs in rugs as Neil basks in the wet winter wonders of the Pacific North West.
Ok, now this is a little bit interesting. Yesterday, the snow was way over these little lights in our front yard, but today, when it got no where near close to 32, lots of the snow is gone. I think it just compresses or evaporates or something. Pretty glad so much of it is gone.. makes getting around much easier.
