Just the facts

1. Sarah Palin does indeed dress like a slutty flight attendant.
2. David Letterman should not have said the joke about A-Rod knocking up what ever Palin daughter. BUT: When your 18 year old daughter is on the cover of PEOPLE magazine with its child talking about abstinence, you leave yourself open to ridicule.
3. The Palin Family are true Media Whores. ( NOT that I have a problem with that, and they are GOOD at it...The Clinton's were/are as well.) 
4. I blame the media

This has not been a slow news week, and yet, I am forced to sit through endless news stories on the Palin/Letterman feud. Let's face it kiddies, I have A LOT of free time, and watch a lot of news. Every five minutes some talking idiot from the right has come on and rails the gods over the attack on the Palin Daughter  : " They would not do it to a Democrat's child"  Chelsea was ridiculed horribly by all sorts of Media, from both ends, SNL to Rush.. .and well, some of it was funny. The First Lady also came down FULLY NUCLEAR on SNL when they did it. And goodness knows the Bush girls were all over the late night shows .. well the rowdy one was.

Sarah Palin and her  arch right wing thug handlers are not stupid. Ok... wait.. they are NOT un-media savy. Any chance at jumping on the 15 min train is to be taken. BUT, shinning the spot light on just how frightingly trailer park your family really is, probably is not the way to go. You can appeal to that tiny minority in Iowa that you need, but you will loose the big American middle. 

Yall, I light a candle ever night to the FSM , asking for his omnipotent help in getting Sarah Palin the 2012 GOP Presidential nod, nothing at all will get President Obama elected faster, and that is a train wreck that would be a hoot to watch.
