The April Showers worked early!

MENDON!
In all it's Spring Finest.
A huge tulip tree
The lilacs are about to burst
Even out ancient old bush is weighted down
Bright Yellow
The first tiny iris of the season in Neil's garden
This red bush in our front yard, no idea what it is
more trees.
But the Queen of the whole show is
The PINK tree down the street is in all its annual Kay Thompson glory!
Banish the Black!
Burn the Blue !
Bury the Beige !
There is not the slightest excuse for
plum or puce!

That "red" one looks maybe like quince -- is it kind of salmon with thorns?

What in the world is that beautiful pink thing -- crabapple? Amazing!

Your spring is coming pretty quickly on the heels of ours this year...we didn't get daffodils until March and my azaleas are still in bloom.

BTW Kyle, I found a food blog I think you might like, it's an Australian vegetarian but her food is beautiful and sounds delish. Since I can't post a link here, you can find it by googling "Green Gourmet Giraffe."

Absolutely beautiful! We don't have a "pink thing' around here but we do have some pretty things.
