Turns out JELLO was invented just a hop, skip and a Jiggle down the road from us in the cute little village of LeRoy, New York. The things you get to do when you have out of town guests!

- Pearl B Waite invented Jell-O in 1897 in Leroy, NY- There have been 36 different Jello flavors. Some flavors which bombed in the USA were immensely popular overseas, notably coffee flavored Jello which had skyrocketing sales in Japan and was a complete flop in the US.
- Five jello flavours that flopped: celery, coffee, cola, apple and chocolate.- The most popular jello flavors are strawberry, raspberry and cherry.
- Citizens of Utah eat more Lime Green Jello than anywhere else in North America.
- Over 1,134,239 boxes of Jell-O are sold everyday
