This has just been such an odd football season for the Northern Most Outpost of the Bulldawg Nation ( Jeff moved back to Atlanta, so it is again, me ). UGA was just out of the running so darn fast. Coming  up this weekend is the annual border war between us and Auburn. You know, as heretical is it may be, it will be hard to root for UGA being a spoiler to Auburn.. with an SEC National Championship on the line.
Happy for the GeauxTiger set with their win over their hated Nick Saben, but an all top 5 Iron Bowl would have been fun. Both the SEC east and west could just be a big old mess by the time the Championship game rolls around. AU/ SC would be my choice. with AU going on to play those Duckie folks on the West coast.
GA/AU is SEC on CBS this weekend, should be fun. I think the k+b will have several reporters on scene.
