There is going to be a dance-off crazy-off in DC! Well, from the looks of things there are going to be a boatload of them, so this could be the first in a series of reports.

Ya'll remember Congressman Joe Barton right? Mr. " I'm Sorry, BP, so sorry " , now give me my check...". Well  everyone is assuming that he will be the new chairman of the Congressional Energy Committee. Come on ! What are a few greasy pelicans compared to the bottom line of an oil company.. you damn hippy.

BUT WAIT!

It appears he is going to have some company! Someone else wants to set the energy policy for the free world. ( and have an effect on clean air and water..) Congressman John Shimkus, ( R (duh) Ill.) There is NO GLOBAL WARMING 'cause the Bible tells me so:

Heck yeah, a little iron age Jewish legend used to set 21st century  policy! Makes perfect sense to me! It is so SO, win/win , either way!
