The President and First Lady, at the State Dinner hosted by the President of India.
It is " Indian inspired" and she needed to be covered up more than she could be here in the us. Got all that, but.. and I really , really hate to write this, but I just hate it. I am going to hope for bad photo, cause from this angle, I am getting bad mermaid costume.
