Crock Pot BBQ
Fall Squash and apple
collard greens
white rice

Crock pot bbq ( with no bbq sauce )

I have not posted this in a while. It's Dahn's recipe and really could not be any easier. Get a pork shoulder, wait till they are on sale and just cheap as chips. Put onions and ANYTHING else you want in the bottom of your crock pot. Carrots, LOTS of garlic, chilies, bell pepper, anything.Plop in pork and top with some of the same. I used lots of dried oregano, old bay, black pepper, again, just what ever you want. Lid on, 6-7 hours later, DINNER!
